As long as the hubs on your golf cart have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern (which they should), the # AM90002 Kenda 18 x 8.50-8 tire on an 8 x 7 inch rim would be perfect replacements for your existing wheels/tires. I've linked you to our FAQ article about trailer tires view full answer...
Since a golf cart typically weighs quite a bit less than a loaded trailer, going with a 215/60-8 tire like part # AM1HP26 will give you a total weight capacity of 3740 lbs. Overkill? Probably. It also means that you'll get longer life out of the tires. The slightly more aggressive tread of the # AM1HP26 will also contribute to longer tire life.
If you're needing the wheel/tire combo, we offer the wheels in a 4 on 4 or 5 on 4-1/2 wheel bolt pattern. If you're unsure of your current wheel... view full answer...

The 18.5x8.5-8 is actually an old tire size that is not used much anymore. The closest metric size to your existing tire would be 215/60-8, which is what I would recommend. Your wheel most likely has a 5-on 4-1/4 inch bolt pattern (see link below), you will want to make sure that the bolt pattern of your existing wheels matches that of the replacement wheel.

Spindles need to be selected based on the set of bearings used in the hubs that will be installed on them. For example, the hub you referenced, 4-on-4-inch # 8-91-05UC1-EZ from Dexter, uses part # L44649 for its inner and outer bearing.
